House Rules at Apartments "Lucija"
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid possible misunderstandings, please read our house rules carefully. By confirming your reservation, you will be deemed to be familiar with all its provisions, agree with them and will fully comply with them.
Information and assistance: The host is at the guests' disposal for all information and assistance. We recommend that the guest immediately report any complaints about the quality of the accommodation to the host.
Cleanliness and order: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the accommodation. The host is not obliged to clean or tidy the area during the stay, nor to take out the garbage from the accommodation unit.
Accommodation equipment: The host is not obliged to provide paper towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, hygiene supplies, cleaning and dishwashing products, deck chairs and umbrellas.
Security of belongings: Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit. The owner is not responsible for any possible loss. Guests are required to lock the doors and close the windows when leaving the accommodation.
Entry to the accommodation: The host is not entitled to enter the accommodation unit in the absence of the guest, except in special circumstances that require intervention (danger or prevention of damage). In such cases, the guest will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of reasonable suspicion of damage, guests are required to allow the host to enter the accommodation for inspection.
Pets: Pets may only stay in the accommodation unit with the prior consent of the host. Bringing pets without prior notice during the reservation is not permitted, in which case the host has the right to cancel the accommodation. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pets and are required to clean up after them. If it has been agreed that the pet will stay outside the facility, it is strictly forbidden to keep a pet in the accommodation unit.
Prohibited substances and devices: It is not permitted to bring weapons, flammable and explosive substances, substances with strong odors, or any food preparation equipment or other electrical appliances into the accommodation unit without the host's permission.
Furniture maintenance: Guests are required to take care of the accommodation's furniture and equipment, and to treat the interior and exterior of the facility with care. Moving furniture between rooms, taking equipment out of the accommodation or to the beach is not permitted.
Closing the facility: When leaving the accommodation, guests are required to turn off the lights and electrical appliances, and close the taps. It is particularly important that guests do not leave air conditioners on when they are not in the accommodation and do not use them with open doors and windows. It is prohibited to throw garbage into toilets, sinks and other unsuitable surfaces.
Visitors: It is not permitted to bring persons who are not registered users of the accommodation into the accommodation unit. The host has the right to cancel the accommodation if they find persons who were not registered at the time of booking. Guests from other accommodation units in the house or from other facilities not owned by the host are not allowed to stay in the accommodation unit without express permission.
Liability for damage: Guests who cause damage to the property are required to compensate the host for the full amount of the damage. The host may request a deposit from the guest upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full if the guest leaves the accommodation unit in the same condition as they found it. Information on the amount of the deposit is available in the accommodation price list.
Late arrival: If the guest arrives after 6:00 PM, he is required to contact the host in advance to announce the late arrival.
Departure: Guests are required to leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that the space can be cleaned and prepared for new guests, who have the right to enter from 2:00 PM. The accommodation should be left in the condition in which it was found - neat and undamaged.
Night peace: Night peace is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask guests to respect this time and not disturb the peace of other guests, hosts or neighbors.
Check-in: Upon arrival at the accommodation unit, guests are required to hand over personal documents to the host (passport or ID card for all persons, voucher) and pay the remaining amount for accommodation. Personal documents will be returned within 48 hours at the latest.
Payment: The price for using the apartment for the entire contracted period is charged on the first day of stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to keep the guest's personal document (passport or ID card) until full payment is made.
Termination of stay: In the event of early termination of the stay, the guest is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
House rule violation: Guests who do not comply with the house rules and disturb the peace may be excluded from the accommodation. In the event of cancellation of the accommodation due to violation of the house rules, the guest will not be refunded the amount paid, regardless of the shortened stay.
Acceptance of the house rules: By using the accommodation, the guest is considered to be familiar with the house rules and agrees to their terms. Non-compliance with the house rules may result in cancellation of the accommodation, without refund.
